Eligibility
Access to Dupoin Markets (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.'s products, services, and trading platforms is subject to applicable eligibility requirements, including age restrictions, legal capacity, identity verification, residency and jurisdictional eligibility, client acceptance checks, and any additional requirements applicable under Cambodian laws and regulations.
Age and Legal Capacity
Dupoin Cambodia's products and services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the applicable age of legal majority required under applicable law, whichever is higher. Persons who do not meet the applicable minimum age requirement are not permitted to open a trading account, access client-only services, or use Dupoin Cambodia's trading platforms.
In addition to meeting the minimum age requirement, all clients must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, open and operate an account, and use Dupoin Cambodia's products and services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Identity Verification and Eligibility
Clients are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, identification documents, proof of address, source of funds information, and any other documentation requested by Dupoin Cambodia before an account can be approved or maintained.
Eligibility is also subject to applicable regulatory and client acceptance requirements. Where clients residing outside Cambodia are accepted, they must satisfy the applicable requirements, including any requirements relating to Cambodian banking arrangements and account funding or withdrawal methods.
Account Approval and Ongoing Eligibility
Submitting an account application does not constitute, or guarantee, account approval. Subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements, Dupoin Cambodia reserves the right to decline an application where the applicable eligibility, verification, or compliance requirements are not satisfied. Account approval is subject to the satisfactory completion of all required checks, verifications, and assessments.
Eligibility is not a one-time assessment. Clients are required to continue meeting all applicable eligibility requirements throughout their relationship with Dupoin Cambodia. Clients must promptly notify Dupoin Cambodia of any material changes to their personal circumstances and cooperate with any request for updated information or documentation.
